Glasses fitted to the child who wears them

Our optical bench carries a range of frames in many styles. We fit them to the face, set the lenses to the prescription and adjust them when they slip. Children grow quickly, so we check the fit at every visit.

Lens options

What you can choose

  • Single-vision lenses

One focus across the lens, for distance or for near.

  • Myopia-control lenses

A lenslet design authorized by the FDA in 2025 for children 6 to 12 at the start. Results vary.

  • Impact-resistant lenses

Tougher lens materials for children and for sports.

  • Anti-glare coating

Reduces reflections from screens and headlights.

  • Light-adjusting lenses

Lenses that darken outdoors, for a child who will not carry sunglasses.

  • Sun lenses

Prescription sunglasses in the same frames.

Your prescription is yours

Your prescription is yours. We give you a copy after your exam, and you can fill it here or anywhere else.

Billing for lenses depends on your vision plan. How fees work explains what a plan pays and what you pay.
